4 cups Apples, thinly sliced
Cinnamon
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 Egg
1½ sticks Butter, melted
1 Envelope Maple-Flavored Instant Oatmeal
- Place sprinkle sliced apples with cinnamon. Toss to lightly coat. Place in greased pie plate (or 8×8 pan).
- Mix sugar, flour, egg and butter. Pour over apples. Top with instant oatmeal.
- Bake 45 minutes in 350° degree oven.
Note: For 13 x 9 inch pan, double recipe, bake about 10 minutes longer.
