Cranberry Rose Punch

This was served at the cooking with flowers demonstration given by Liz Barbour. It is a most refreshing drink.

Serves 8

2 cups Cranberry Juice
½ cup Frozen Limeade Concentrate
1 tsp. Rosewater or to taste
4 cups Seltzer Water
Ice
Rose Petals*, for garnish

  1. Combine both juices and rosewater.
  2. Just before serving add seltzer. Finish with rose petals and ice.

*NOTE: Make sure the rose petals have not been treated with pesticides.
