This is a delicious dessert or starter. It is the perfect dish for a holiday brunch.

¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
Juice of 1 small Lime
½ tbs. Rose Water
- Place sugar and water in a small sauce pan and heat to boiling until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
- Cut pomegranate in half and carefully remove seeds and their transparent coats. Discard the white membrane. Stir the pomegranate seeds, lime juice and rose water into cooled syrup. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with lime slices and add more rose water if desired before serving.
