This delicious bread dip was featured at the February meeting as part of the Herb Committee’s Oregano display.

2 – 3 tbs. Italian Herbs
1 roasted Garlic Bulb, garlic squeezed out
6 – 8 finely chopped Green Olives
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1 tbs. Oregano
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mix all ingredients above. The longer you let the mixture set, the better the flavor becomes! All of these measurements are estimates, add or delete to your taste. Serve with pieces of good crusty bread.
