Pumpkin Cream Trifle

1 ( 18.25 oz.) box spice cake mix
1 ( 3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Combine above ingredients in large bowl; pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1 inch cubes (approx.)

Filling:
Whisk together the following:
2 cups cold milk
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix
Allow to set about 2 minutes. Fold in:
2 cups whipped topping
Layer 1/3 of cake cubes, 1/3 cream mixture and 1/3 of the following:
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
1 cup English Toffee Bits
Repeat using all ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
