The Yearbook Chairperson is responsible for producing the annual EAGC Yearbook. Beginning after the annual meeting in June, the chairperson assembles facts for inclusion in the annual yearbook. This includes requesting information from the membership, hospitality, and program chairpersons and the president, as well as photographs of the members. The Yearbook chairperson creates the yearbook, arranges to have it proofread and printed, and provides copies to the Membership Committee for distribution to members at the September general meeting.
The chair is expected to attend as many board meetings as possible during the club year. The Yearbook Committee budget is set by agreement between the board and the chair.
