Pizza Soup

1/2 lb. pork sausage
2/3 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped pepperoni
½ cups chopped bell peppers
small can sliced black olives
¼ cup green olives
1 tablespoon capers
¼ cup acini de pepe cooked
14 ounce can pizza sauce
small can of mushrooms
14 ½ ounce can diced tomatoes
1-2 cups water
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese for sprinkling on top

Combine sausage and onion in soup pot. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, and onions are tender. Add pepperoni, peppers, olives, pasta, pizza sauce, tomatoes, and water. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Top each serving with a sprinkling of Mozzarella.
